We will also need pictures of your space and any areas of interest, as well as inspiration photos or examples you might have for a new build.

We strive respond within 24 hours, but during peak season it may take a little longer. Thank you for your patience while we are out giving someone a Superior Pond!

You have two options to choose from: We can either hop on a call to discuss your project or we can meet at your home for an in-person consultation. We will discuss the scope, project ideas, timeline, and price. If you decide to move forward, we will collect a scheduling deposit to confirm your spot on our schedule.

The project will be as described in our contract with you. If you would like to make add-ons during the process, many upgrades can be added during the project. For ideas, you can either browse our website, social media, and ask us on-site!

During the build, it will look like a bomb went off in your yard! We will make a mess, create some mud, and probably hit irrigation lines. Don’t worry, at the end you’ll have a beautiful Superior Pond (waterfall or fountain!) in your backyard for you and your family to enjoy for years to come.

When we’re finished, we will make sure you are satisfied with the work. We will help you understand how to care for your water feature and answer any questions you have.

At the end of the project is also when we will ask you for a 5-star review. If at any point we’re not giving you a 5-star experience, we want to know right away. Once we finish, we assume that we have delivered you a stellar experience and our ask to you is to give us a positive recommendation!

After your project is finished, we are here to help you. Whether we are providing on-going cleaning and maintenance on your water feature or not, we are here to help answer your questions. Also don’t forget to check out our blog!

We will periodically check-in with you and your water feature to be sure that you have all the tools you need to enjoy your Superior Pond!

We won’t leave you “high and dry.” For all projects paid-in-full, we include a 1-year workmanship guarantee. If you have any troubles with your water feature during this time, we are here to help!

After this 1-year period, we’re still happy to help with any issues you may have with your water feature.
