There was a leak in the pond system therefore the water was not flowing back into the pond.
I called Superior Ponds and within an hour he was there working to fix the problem. Pond functioning wonderfully since the repair.
Ben was great. He was able to scheduled a spring cleaning in a few days. Our pond is the cleanest it’s ever been. He moved some of the boulders around for a more attractive pond. Our 9 koi fish love the space. They are super active compared to before.
The price is worth it and reasonable. We purchased the basic package for spring clean up and winterization in the fall. I think it’s a great value and will save us a lot of time trying to do it ourselves.
He is very responsive when we text or call with questions. He’s very knowledgeable and has helped us improve our ecosystem for a healthier pond and koi life.
